Can hypothyroidism cause a low sperm count?


My husband was just diagnosed with this condition, and we are trying to conceive, so I麓m curious if this would effect his sperm count.

I know that when women have hypothyroidism it can effect their fertility so i don't see why it couldn't affect a man's.

No. And remember to only have sex every other day when you are fertile. It takes 48 hours to rebuild the sperm count wether he has a normal or low sperm count. Good luck.
