He snores all night, even if hes on his side. How can I stop my husband from snoring?
Have you or he ever mentioned it to his doctor. I use to snore all the time and I found out I have sleep apnea. The snoring was actually caused from my airway closing completely up and I was gasping for air. You should talk with a doctor. How can I stop my husband from snoring?
Put a pillow over his nose and hold it there for about 20 minutes. Just kidding...try bandage strips across the bridge of the nose or ask him to see your Dr. regarding the problem. He may need surgery. I don't remember what it's called. I've had a few friends who make walls shudder and they had the surgery. It's painful, but worked.
I wear ear plugs...Cures the fights and I sleep all night.
Please have him see a doctor too rule out Sleep Apnea.
Your doctor will help you find something that works once he has ruled out anything serious.
try those breathe right nose strips, those help a lot, if that doesn't work i had a friend who had to get surgery to fix that
I have the same problem and luckily my wife has a hearing disorder so we get along fine.
But two things work well, one is they have a pray that taste like pepermint and it works, sold at the nearest Walgreens.
the other is the strips (breathrite) they work as well and it helps with your breathing.
Funny thing is my two boys like my snoring my four year old says it puts him to sleep.
He should have a surgery on his nose
He probably needs a sleep study where they will give him a Cpap machine that blows air into his nose and it will keep him from snoring. That's the only thing that worked for me. You can try the strips, and the throat sprays but they are probably just a waste of money. Good luck, I know it stinks!
Pillow to the face!
Note: this can also have a negative effect!
