What do you send to someone who was like a grandmother to me growing up for the loss of her husband?

He was a great man who loved me so much. Unfortunately, I can't make it to the funeral out of town and she is going to have so many plants. Any suggestions would be appreciated.What do you send to someone who was like a grandmother to me growing up for the loss of her husband?
I suggest writing a heartfelt note to her.That always means a lot to people.Another idea is to buy her some thank you cards and a sheet of stamps,that way she can write notes to people she wants to thank for the flowers that she receives.Just an idea,hope this helps.
